Comment:  rate them however you want, but anyone who says they have a sisterhood doesn't know them at all. they don't know the definition of the word sisterhood yet - they're too new. they should start by learning each others' names first. there is a core group of 15 or so girls that is super active in the chapter and the other 100 girls are MIA don't show up to anything, don't participate, and don't know each other and they admit it to anyone who asks.
