Comment:  In my eyes, this is a top house because no one has a single bad thing to say about them. Aside from a few jealous guys posing as sorority girls (awkward) all the comments are pretty true. Even someone who gave them a low score had to admit they have great parties. This house is full of hot guys who constantly throw ragers, and managed to have second overall in new member grades last semester. With the new renovations to their house, pi kapp is clearly going to remain on top.
