Comment:  it's sad putting them in top tier with the rankings they receive. phi mu is falling steadily and becoming one of the most hated sororities on campus. and no, that's not because they are envied, but because they think they are. i really hope phi mu can recruit some more down to earth girls this year because they are not doing well
