Comment:  New fraternity about 4 years old. Beating the odds and surviving, but just slow moving. Few solid guys but also some worthless guys too (like any fraternity) but being new, the "chain is as strong as its weakest link" theory is hurting them because those few "weird" brothers make all the good ones look bad. Solid brotherhood, and with good rushies they could grow up in upcoming years
