Comment:  Beta is defiantly the "New Money" of the top tiers. Weren't good 10+ years ago but made the climb to the top fast.(very similar to what Theta Chi is doing now) A lot of Birmingham guys who were athletic and popular in high school. Well rounded top tier less arrogant than other top tier. Good mix of brotherhood, Involvement, parting, and girls
