Comment:  Okay, while this chapter OBVI lacks leadership and structure, they are a group of caring girls who could make a great chapter if they would drop the drama and get their act together. The main ingredient this chapter is lacking is STRUCTURE.. They've had crappy members for so long that the awesome girls they do have simply aren't enough to carry them. If they could get some girls with strong leadership abilities and well rounded-qualities, they would go far.
