Comment:  I'm a totally unbiased Senior greek girl and at the end of every year I always rank akk the fraternities based on how much they have changed within the previous year. To be straight forward, Phi Psi is my favorite fraternity on campus because they reallllyyyyyy know how to have a good time, and well bc they are pretty effin' hot. One thing I have always notices about the upcoming years pledge classes is that they always strive or QUALITYand not quantity.
