Comment:  I've found that girls who didnt go to the other top tiers would go phi mu. Most of these girls aren't very smart and are by far the less classy girls. I think if the other middle tiers were considered 'better looking', they would surpass them. Hopefully the pledge class this year is better than its last two! yikes
