Comment:  Wtf? How did Chi O get so popular since school got out? That doesn't make any sense....Chi O's are never at other houses philanthropies, they aren't involved in the community AT ALL. You never see then repping their letters like PROUD girls do and they girls I surprisingly have met are not even that hot!
