Comment:  Say what you will, but that southern charm managed to get them a social with ADPI. Everyone loves a southern gentlemen, and this house has more class than all the others combined. If you fit the mold, I highly recommend - but, to be fair, if you are not a good ol' country boy then this may not be the house for you.
