Comment:  Toga is top 3 best parties of the year. These guys are a ton of fun. Our yearly event we hold with Delta Chi is one of my favorite days of the year. There's a lot of tradition with these guys and they have an even better sense of brotherhood. They were in my top 3 choices for rush and are still one of my top 3 favorite group of guys to hang out with.
