Comment:  Just the fact that they actually got a house in Greek village blows my mind... It's bad enough we have to deal with ZBT on campus, now you? This fraternity is a bunch of northern snowbirds come down here to attempt to adopt the "southern look" which most of them don't even try. Even if you do manage to win some philanthropies, I do not see you pushing into even middle tier anytime soon.
