Comment:  Coming from someone who has been hanging out with Sig Ep all Spring and some of this summer, I can give an honest opinion. Although there are some "Northern bro-ey" type people within the fraternity, it is mostly guys that are changing this image. Most of their latest pledge class was white down to earth kids. As for popularity, definitely top house with no one to really compare. There's always girls and parties, and they still manage to keep their GPA highest on campus.
