Comment:  Theta has some really nice girls, and some really pretty girls, and a mixture of both. However, they are not top tier. I'd say solid middle. They try really hard to party with top tier fraternities and are harsh when girls hang out at certain houses. They're not the classiest, they smoke a lot, and are verrrrry sofla. I have met some very nice, gorgeous, smart thetas but overall they are middle tier at best
