Comment:  Chi Phi can be fairly ranked among the "middle" pack of fraternities here at UA. Considering the fact that they were only rechartered on campus a couple of years back, they are not doing bad. I had a couple of girls I know tell me that they truly had fun at swaps there. And they threw a couple of good parties, particularly in the spring. They totally have a way to go. But headed in the right direction.
