Comment:  This House is Top Tier for without question. They have a tendency to think out-side the box and consistently come at challenges from new angles. When it works, it pays off huge. When it doesn't, they start planning something else. They have strong leaders and are involved everywhere on this campus. It's true that as of recent they have pushed away from the community and been unwelcoming to other Fraternities. If the leaders put a stronger emphasis on it, they can change that quickly.
