Comment:  way better than farmhouse, how was farmhouse ahead of them? These guys are extremely involved on campus, they win pretty much everything and have a lot of guys in campus organizations. They are a newer chapter so it kinda hurts them that they don't have a house yet but i heard they could be getting one as soon as this year so that might not hurt them anymore.
