Comment:  Phi Delt has fallen off in terms of campus and philanthropy involvement. But I heard they had members elected to USG and Soberfest was big again this year so they are still doing well. They used to have a bad social reputation but that has gone up a lot recently and the girls from my chapter said the caddy was the place to be this year, I'm sad I missed out!
