Comment:  XO has a lot of really chill fun girls that are great to be around. But realistically you almost never see XO's out dt, and certainly not in large groups. Theyre cool cause they get along with everyone, but as for sisterhood lets be honest, theyre not very close. XO is solid middle tier, and everyone knows it. (not a bad thing, just not top)
