Comment:  Used to be better, but have declined over the past two years or so due to their recent pledge classes and a less than stellar exec board/ people in charge of social life. Still would say they're one of the better new row houses. Below pi phi, about the same as AOPI, and definitely better than dz, theta, aphi, gphi, dg, and zeta. They are definitely more southern, better grades, more classy, etc than aphi and zeta.
