Comment:  Chi O has actually not been 1st in grades for 2 years now -- Theta has been top the past couple years. That said, Chi O is definitely a top house. A huge mix of girls, many are stuck up while others are nice and down to earth, which causes the house to be pretty split. Lots of cliques within the house, not a super strong sisterhood as a whole
