Comment:  This chapter is definitely on the rise. GREAT pickup this past spring, a really diverse group of sociable, fun guys that will be crucial for their recruitment this coming year. The administration has definitely been an obstacle as far as social probation goes, but when they do throw parties in their annex they're really fun and well attended (i.e. beach party was a hit this past spring). The ATOs are rebuilding their image, and they're on their way to the top if they can keep it up!
