Comment:  When you want to party, you want Phi Mu's there. They can definitely have a good time. RC is hands down the best sorority formal on campus, but otherwise they put way too much effort on their image. Some are the classy, southern belles that they put themselves out as, but others are just putting out a fake front. They have some cleaning up to do, but they're top-tier nonetheless.
