Comment:  They could use a little more work to get into the top teir. They were doing great at one point, won a ton of philanthropies, and then some crazy stuff happened with them changing people in charge all of a sudden and IFC going headhunting. Their newer classes are a decent enough size and definitely more attractive, but they still all seem to get along with everyone. Solid Mid / Top Mid teir.
