Comment:  The person below has it wrong. Their house isn't going to do much for them. If other fraternities weren't doing well then i would agree. But the fact is There isn't room for them to grow. Look at the list of better houses infront of them: PHI DELT, ATO, BETA, SAE, SIGMA CHI, KA, THETA CHI, PIKE, ZBT, TEP, DELT..the list goes on. Especially with Theta Chi & Pike doing so well, they've stolen the spotlight for the next few years with PiKapp struggling to keep up
