Comment:  The girls in this house are friendly and fun. Your Daddy's money matters a lot to them and they have mainly Texas girls. Unfortunately, they have become so obsessed with partying ( especially drinking) that their reputation and house quality has really fallen. If you aren't in to binge drinking you won't like this house. They were even last in grades. A once great house living on an old legacy is what they are now.
