Comment:  Don't really get the negative posts about this house. Every time I swing by, their parties are packed, they have hot girls, and their members are really sociable. Some of these other houses that are ranked high seem to be the lower tier ones, but whatever. Sig Ep seems to be a top house from what I can tell, and it's always fun whenever I stop by.
