Comment:  i didn't even know what phi kap was until i had been at tulane for more than six months, that's how prominent they are on campus. i don't know what the rankings below are talking about they had a tiny pledge class this year as with every year. I've never even heard of them mixing with a sorority (and im in a sorority). they are obviously the bottom of the list of tulane frats and i think its a joke that anyone would rate them middle tier.
