Comment:  Sadly, this house is on the decline. They are unbelievably rude to girls and downright disrespectful to other fraternity houses. Phi Psi is the most fratty of all houses, but in all the wrong ways; insulting, pugnacious, and far too party centered. I sincerely hope they can clean things up. First things first though; these guys have to get classier, nicer, and less creepy.
