Comment:  Actually I think it's pretty unclear if alumni donated 2 million. Had one million in pledges. Who knows how much cash actually came through or if donors will back out now. Also, perhaps some of the 2M share was a mortgage of some sort against the business plan/rental income. A month ago Sig Ep had two houses. Now they have none.
