Comment:  Inconsistency hurts Phi Mu. They pledge a good class followed by a couple of ok classes. They can't retain members for 4 years. Campus involvement has improved but it is only a few members not large numbers of members like other groups. What stands out the most about Phi Mu is that they want so badly to be a top house and make some of the rudest comments on Twitter when they are successful in campus events. I am around many if their members each day and see this first hand.
