Comment:  kappas getting their panties in a bunch and rating them low below over silly things like chapter rooms (that no one has control over, they're handed out by reservations office), philanthropy (you weren't the first ones to deliver stuff to people's rooms), and themes (first come first serve, the ideas aren't that original and you always get things in late anyway). cool
