Comment:  Gamma Phi is definitely on the rise, after this year's pledge class. They may be the newest, but they're already the biggest and soon to be the best on the row, if they keep getting continuously good PCs. Sure, there are a few randoms that somehow made their way in, but didn't that happen to all the sororities this year? As a whole, the new PC is made up of very sweet, pretty, and classy girls. Not to mention they have the highest GPA, so the girls are definitely smart, too.
