Comment:  I have nothing against theta chi and they seem to be taking a little bit of an upswing But they're not in the top five. Theta chi is your definition of skater boys turned in to frat stars. If that's your thing, go for it... They aren't very involved, almost forget about them on campus But they aren't...bad. They have some decent guys. Enough with the obvious self ranking though, haha. Don't make yourselves look bad. OX has potential.
