Comment:  A Phi doesn't strike me as a top house. Several of the girls I've met have seemed full of themselves - no panhellenic love there. They are pretty, and have a hipster kind of vibe. the "cool girl" sorority, for whatever that label is worth. I don't see them involved in much. They don't have a reputation for a strong, close sisterhood.
