Comment:  Kappa Sigma is falling, and fast. A lot of brothers are complete tools. They throw fun parties, but their brotherhood is mediocre. They've gone downhill ever since they got kicked off campus two years ago. They'll be back on campus in the fall, but they won't be "back" anytime soon.
