Comment:  Its really sad what has happened to gamma phi. When I rushed two years ago they were top tier, and now they have definitely fallen. They are middle now and arent getting the best pledges and have kind of disappeared. Overall they still have the mentality that they are top but are now getting used to being below DG APHI and Theta. They are just so blah now.
