Comment:  This is the oldest and most prestigious black fraternity. They are very involved on campus and have the only JASONS hat in the NPHC. The Kappa Alpha Chapter has won national.chapter of the year 2 times in its 39 year history - the record in the fraternity is 4. The Chapter has also been awarded State Chapter of the year more than 20 times. Dr. King, Judge Thurgood Marshall, Jesse Owens and numerous other prominent black men are members of this elite fraternity.
