Comment:  They aren't attractive at all and that 70 year old dude at their house is weird. Aren't popular on campus and nobody even knows who they are...I have freshmen ask me every year if theyre even a fraternity. They have zero class at greek life events and it doesn't make sense that they'd even show up if theyre an anti-frat. There parties have free alcohol but hot girls stay away from them because they have a rep of being weirdos and their weirdness brings down their parties. Its a club, not a frat.
