Comment:  Up and coming fraternity. They don't have a house yet but they're getting their house back this summer. Hard to know where they really stand as of now since they are returning but they seem to be pretty well bonded and decent guys. Surely they'll get better pledge classes in the future after they have their house, they have a really good location and a pretty strong alumni network since they were here for a long time before being kicked off campus.
