Comment:  Lol anyone who mentions ATO with delt's and delta chi in the top is an ATO. As far as delt's go, they're not bad. Only thing that keeps them from being on top is how they try so hard and can be ass holes to anyone else. If they take ATO's similar attitude away of honking they're on top, they may actually be a top one. Delt's aren't that bad, just not as good as their egos believe...there are ones I like more, but for being newer, they've done pretty decent. They're like the "new money" people
