Comment:  Not a hater, just a realist. The only people that will say Sigma Chi is a top house are Sigma Chis and their girlfriends. Don't get me wrong, they're good, but not great. The poor brotherhood definitely IS a big issue. Brotherhood is what fraternities are all about and they don't have that. They're grazing top tier until they fix it.
