Comment:  These guys make an effort to be active in helping the local community, normally have the highest gpa, and have good campus involvement. The strong community of the fraternity seems to have diminished over the last couple years. This is probably because they don't have a house. This next year looks promising considering they will have a house where they will hopefully be able to put on events more often.
