Comment:  in addition to raising grades, they also need to focus on retaining members, staying involved, and making relationships with other sororities on campus. those are the reasons they stay in bottom tier year after year. Always seem to have a good rush and then out of nowhere girls drop out and they end up having to COB again and again. Maybe if they focus on sisterhood and rushing girls with decent HS GPAs they can gain a better PC
