Comment:  Phi Tau is definitely growing in popularity. Their new house on Broad looks like it's going to be really nice when they're finished with it, plus it's so close to dt. Good group of guys who seem to really know each other well. We had a philanthropy concert with them this past spring and they were nothing but gentlemen to our girls. A fraternity to look out for in the next few years
