Comment:  I would put them above delta chi but below delta sig on new row, I'm a pi kapp and I can say that delta sig may be small but throws down a lot more than these guys do. DTD hasn't had a good party all year. They might try to be keeping their noses clean but thats only because they know they are on the bottom for the row. Over rated and their new house isn't even that good.
