Comment:  This chapter has definitely come a long way in the past few years. Definitely a mixed group of girls, but they find a way to make it work. After winning most outstanding chapter this year, I think it's safe to say that Phi Mu is changing for the better. A few bad seeds, but what chapter can't you say that about at Millsaps?
