Comment:  I tried to be fair in ratings. Sig ep has improved marginally over the last four years. However, their lack of a real pledging process really hurts them. Other fraternities don't respect them because they don't pledge. They go for guys that "have all the pieces but, haven't quite put it all together." End up with some weird kids and some occasional cool kids. If they were a fish they would be carp because they feed off the bottom tier sororities.
