Comment:  It seems a lot of people got asked back to Chi O for being a top tier? Idk, but I know a lot of people are glad they didn't go Chi O mainly because of their probation problems. Don't really think anyone thinks that highly of these girls except themselves. If they didn't promote themselves so much as a top tier I think people would easily group them middle tier.
