Comment:  I list this house as a middle tier house only bc I feel that is the overall perception, but I personally think that they should be recognized as top tier. The house is in great condition: Always clean, the least grimy of the frat houses, and they consistently have toilet paper (let's be real, it's a nice plus). As a member of a sorority (with a big fall '12 PC), seeing the bond that all the guys have with each other is really great. They're hotter than people think and I want them all as my bffs
